Why use Bamboo?

At Tabitha Eve Co we use bamboo in a lot of our products - you could say we're a little bamboo crazy!

So what's so great about bamboo?

It's simple - bamboo is one of nature's wonder materials! Incredibly light and strong, it can be used for building structures, creating flooring, or spun into cloth - yet it still retains its antibacterial qualities.

​

Because bamboo is a type of grass, it can be harvested without damaging the root structure which makes it incredibly sustainable - a single stand of bamboo can produce over 200 poles in 5 years, and some varieties can grow 4 feet in a single day. This makes it even easier to ensure our raw material is produced organically and ethically, to help you live a waste free life.
